Features
Possible highly precise hypoxic culture
This O2 sensor is not using conventional galvanic battery but zirconia battery which is stable for a long time and high sensitivity. It has a quick response and shortens the lead time of validation when installed and transition time to hypoxic condition.
●Quick transition to hypoxic condition
In MG-70M, the graph shows transition of DO inside PBS put on the same chamber until the DO inside the chamber goes up to set value.
It was verified that faster attainment than equivalent models of competitors(refer to values on each catalog) and its data agreed with theoretical values (O2 partial pressure between gas and liquid phase).
●Apoptosis data in hypoxic culture
PC12 cells to which apoptosis is induced by hypoxia condition. The hypoxic environment was confirmed by cultivation at 9 points in MG-70M.

Dissolved oxygen (DO) database inside
It is installed of referencial data about DO concentration of several patterns inside the culturing containers when set at 37℃ .
By combination with non-invasive O2 sensor makes it possible to monitor DO, pH and CO2 in hypoxic culture.
Outstanding cost effectiveness and automatic cylinder changer
A cultivation performance is equivalent with other established companies with lower cost. For example, when two cylinders were connected and one side was consumed,it is automatically canged to new cylinder.
In 70M, CO2 and N2 (or O2) are connectable each two cylinders.
